This starter is used in making a variety of hard moderate temperature loving cheeses including Cheddar, Monteray Jack, Stilton, Edam, Gouda, Muenster, Blue, and Colby. Each packet is used with up to 2 gallons of milk. It will keep in the freezer up to 2 years.
